Returns and Exchanges


I gladly accept returns.

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

I will ship the items within 30 days of delivery.

I do not accept exchanges or cancellations.

However, please contact me if you have any issues with your order.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns of:

- Custom or personalized orders.

- Products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, or previously installed.

Return Policy

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Important: At Barcony, we are committed to delivering your product on time and in the best condition. However, once the package has been handed over to the delivery company, we lose control of your order and are therefore not responsible for delays or losses. We will gladly assist you in contacting the delivery company to resolve any issues.
